Endodontis

Endodontis
A root canal treatment avoids extracting the tooth. When the pulp (the tooth’s nerve) is irreversibly damaged because of deep tooth decay or trauma, the tooth becomes very sensitive to cold, heat, and chewing.

The pain is permanent or intermittent and the tooth can even change colour or an abscess may form. After a correct root canal procedure and then a correct and final restructuring of the tooth are carried out, the tooth will behave in just the same way as any tooth in the mouth, lasting just as long.
